Texas HCS supported employment services are available to people with disabilities who meet the eligibility criteria for the Texas Home and Community Based Services (HCS) program. Supported employment services are provided through HCS providers like BECC HCS.


How it works

Providing Opportunities For Workplace Inclusion


Texas HCS Supported Employment services provide opportunities for people with disabilities to work in competitive, integrated employment settings. Services are individualized and based on the strengths, interests, and needs of each person. Supported employment services can include job development, job coaching, and on-the-job support. These services assist individuals with disabilities to secure and maintain employment.
