Texas Home and Community Based Services (HCS) is a state-wide program that provides services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in their own homes or in community settings. The program is designed to promote independence, community involvement, and self-determination for individuals with disabilities.
HCS provides a variety of services including:
